WE FULFILL THE FOLLOWING OBLIGATIONS WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF COOPERATION:

• • Selection of international research projects on fields of your interest;

  • Legal support of joint activities while clinical trials;

  • Provision of the necessary equipment for clinical trials;

    ---

  • Financial management, including calculations, harmonization of budgets and contracts, the preparation of reports, invoices; expense recognition, tax planning;

    ---

  • Assistance in carrying out the trials, including the maintenance of all documentation in a

    ---

  • foreign language, advising on all aspects of maintaining the protocol of clinical research;

  • Providing patient visits: organization and transportation food, accommodation costs payment etc. (under separate agreements with the sponsor);

    ---

  • Preparation for routine monitoring visits of the sponsor /CRO, and medical management of visits, resolution of problematic issues;

• Preparation for sponsor / CRO visits and their audits for quality control purposes;

  ---

• Interaction, resolution of problematic issues;

  ---

• Preparation of inspections of regulatory bodies and their visits, interaction, and resolution of problematic issues.

 All relations between the parties are stated in the contract in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine. We discuss the scope of our with you individually.

  SMO UCT provides comprehensive assistance for centers which don’t have the knowledge base, material base and necessary equipment, but willing to participate in clinical trials.

   In some cases we are ready to provide experienced staff to perform administrative tasks in the study, which enables the site team to focus on performing clinical work and communicating with patients.
